Clustering Analysis of Air Pollution in South Korea

Analyzed air pollution in South Korea using K-Means and Agglomerative Clustering.

Categorized pollution levels based on key pollutants: PM2.5, PM10, O₃, NO₂, SO₂, and CO.

Compared clustering performance and found Agglomerative Clustering produced more defined and compact clusters.

Results help support public health strategies through more targeted responses to urban air pollution.

Result :
Agglomerative clustering outperformed K-Means (Silhouette: 0.558; Davies-Bouldin: 0.735; Calinski-Harabasz: 40242.397), providing more accurate pollution categorization for improved health and air quality strategies.
Prediction of Breast Cancer Detection Using the Decision Tree C4.5 Algorithm

Developed a Breast Cancer Detection model using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm (Python).

Conducted data preprocessing and EDA, including missing value handling, normalization, and outlier removal.

Compared gini and entropy criteria to evaluate model performance.

Utilized Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Jupyter Notebook for modeling and visualization.

Result:
The model achieved 74% accuracy and an F1 Score of 0.828 using the gini criterion, outperforming entropy and providing more accurate classification of benign and malignant tumors to support better diagnostic decisions.
